Steve Baker heads up the Laser Electrical team. With 23 years experience in the electrical contracting industry he has an ear to the ground and a wealth of technical and business expertise.

Justin Chambers Residential Projects Director

Justin is a founder member of the Laser Electrical team, with over 20 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, covering a wide variety of commercial and residential installations from Apprentice to Engineering Director.

Louise Taylor Finance Director

Louise has over 13 years experience in accounts. She began her career as a trainee accountant in a local accountancy practice where she became qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians.
She gained valuable experience here before moving into the electrical industry where she has worked her way up to Finance Director over a period of 5 years of being with Laser Electrical.

Bob Vine Technical Director

Bob served his apprenticeship with one of the major electrical contractors in England, and progressed to become an engineer before moving on. He has over 40 years experience in contracting, during which he has designed and worked on all types of installations including residential, commercial, industrial, quarries, and fuel storage sites.

Mark Butcher Commercial Projects Director

Mark has over 18 years of experience within the electrical industry joining Laser Electrical when formed in 2001. Mark's role consists of design, business development and leading his team of engineers to provide continuity and seamless transition through all stages of electrical projects to provide clients with a professional service.

Derek Fisher Founding Director

Derek Fisher is a chartered certified accountant who until his retirement in 2002 was the founder and senior partner of Fisher Michael in Chelmsford.
