Managing Director
Jon heads up the Laser Electrical team and has over 25 years of experience in engineering & electrical contracting. He has worked predominantly within Education, Commercial Fit Out & New Build Residential sectors throughout his career. Jon is always on the lookout for new business opportunities, using his years of experience and expertise to ensure the highest standards of service are provided.

James Draper
Production Director
James has worked with Laser for over 14 years, starting out in the buying department, progressing to project management and later labour manager. In this time he has gained many skills and experience especially in managing our residential (projects or Labour) ensuring that they are on track and maintaining high standards.

Simon Antrobus
Residential Projects Director
Simon has over 30 years of experience within the electrical contracting industry, starting as an apprentice then working his way through to contracts manager, and now a Director. Simon has worked in many areas of the industry from schools, colleges, sports centres, and a vast number of large residential projects.

Mark Butcher
Commercial Operations Director
Mark has over 30 years' experience within the electrical industry joining Laser Electrical as a founding member 2001. Mark's role consists of design, business development and supporting his team of engineers to provide continuity and seamless transition through all stages of electrical projects to provide clients with a professional service.

Commercial Projects Director
James joined Laser at the age of 18. For the next 12 years James worked hard gaining valuable experience and knowledge with a successful promotion to a Company Director. James is involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design, through to implementation, project management, testing, and handover.

Jon Taylor
Finance Director
Jon has over 30 years of experience in accounts. He began his career in a local accountancy practice and later worked for construction contractor Thomas Sinden before joining the Laser team in 2020.
